Kelsey graduated from the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in 2003. She has also completed the McMaster University Medical Acupuncture Program taught through the Department of Anesthesia, Continuing Medical Education, McMaster University in 2016.
She is a registered member of the Massage Therapist Association of Saskatchewan, the Provincial Medical Acupuncture Association and the Canadian Contemporary Acupuncture Association.
Kelsey has pursued additional training in areas including myofascial release, cupping, instrument assisted mobilization, ligament articular strain technique, dry needling, occupational health and safety and exercise prescription for rehabilitation.
She enjoys treating a variety of physical conditions with a variety of techniques, tailored to each patient’s stage of life, needs and goals.
Kelsey’s aim is to provide individualized, safe and effective treatment by expanding and applying her skills as a manual therapist in treating injured soft and connective tissues. She has significant experience with post-injury, post-surgery and post-concussion manual therapy rehabilitation.
Kelsey prides herself on providing compassionate, collaborative care to promote optimal health and maximize the quality of life for her patients.
